Dr. Hong, Soon-Kwan is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Bio-Health Technology, Kangwon National University , Korea. His research interests includes Molecular Biology, Plant Developmental Engineering. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Hong, Soon-Kwan is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
