Biography
Sng Hui Ying is lecturer in Economics at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU). She received her PhD (Economics) from NTU and her B.SocSci. (Hons) and M.SocSci. from the National University of Singapore. Some of the courses that she teaches in NTU include “Principles in Economicsâ€, “Political Economy of East Asiaâ€, and “Seminar on the Singapore Economyâ€. Her research interests include development economics and Southeast Asian economies.
