Biography
Tori Kim, Pharm.D. has worked as a lead clinical pharmacist providing clinical review expertise for procedure, policy, and formulary related processes at Xerox State Healthcare. Her research experience includes studying the integration of clinical pharmacist involvement in hematology-oncology clinics at an academic medical center. She received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
