Biography
Executive Director (Since August 2015) Dr. BJ Han is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of our Board of Directors. He also serves as the Group Chairman of the Technology Strategy Committee overseeing technology direction and execution of the JCET group of companies. He joined us in 1999 as our Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining STATS ChipPAC, he worked for 14 years at AT&T Bell Laboratories, IBM Research and Anam Semiconductor. Dr. Han received his PhD from Columbia University in the city of New York and completed The Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
