Biography
Dai Whan Kim is Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Seoul. Before joining UOS in 2007, Professor Kim served as associate professor at Kyung Sung Universrty in Busan. He received an LL.B.) in from Yonsei University and his Master LL.M(Master of Laws) and Ph.D. in Law from Seoul National University.
Research Interest
Professor Kim’s current research interests focus on the standards of constitutional review, with a particular emphasis on the principle of proportionality.
