Biography
Kee-Bom Nahm is Professor of Urban Sociology at the University of Seoul. Before joining UOS in 1996, Professor Nahm served as Research Fellow at The Seoul Institute. He received a BA in Geography and his MA in Economic Geography from Seoul National University and Ph. D. in Geography from College of Social Sciences, University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Research Interest
Professor Nahm’s current research interests focus on the theories of local development based on cultural policy and institutionalization of social capital and changing space economies of metropolitan area emphasizing on cultural changes and gentrification process.
