Biography
Choi is Professor of Public Administration at the University of Seoul. Before joining UOS in 2001, Professor Choi served as Senior Researcher at Yokohama National University, Japan. He received an M.S from University of Seoul and Ph.D. from University of Seoul.
Research Interest
Professor Choi’s current research interests focus on Building Structure, with a particular emphasis on the Steel Structures.
