Biography
An experienced Healthcare Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive markets, and fast-paced environments. Working at Dar Al Shifa Hospital, Kuwait for the past 9 years, initially as the COO and later on as the CEO; Ahmad has been going through a successful experience to drive the hospital's strategic direction towards a leading position in the private hospital sector of Kuwait; throughout growing its services to unprecedented levels.Ahmad holds the following academic degrees: • Master of Business Administration, EMBA. American University of Beirut, June 2012. • Master of public Health MPH, Hospital Administration, American University of Beirut, August 1990. • Bachelor in Allied Medical Sciences (Medical laboratory technology), Yarmouk University, 1986. Moreover, Ahmad has chaired a Business Investment Company; served as a University Lecturer to the Masters students in healthcare Administration. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee of "Accreditation Canada" International.
