Biography
Arnd Thomas was named as EQUATE Vice President Operations in September 2016. Prior to joining EQUATE, Thomas headed Dow Benelux operations as Vice President Operations and Managing Director for the Benelux region. Thomas has 27 years of operations (EH&S, manufacturing, engineering and logistics) experience with The Dow Chemical Company. He held various leadership positions in manufacturing, HR, technology center, improvement and maintenance. He worked in various technologies, including hydrocarbons, plastics, amines, surfactant, polyurethanes, chlorine, chlorinated solvents and energy. He has worked and lived in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and USA. Arnd holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology in Eindhoven, the Netherlands
