Nour Awada

Biography

 Nour Awada is a physiotherapist trained in a number of clinical specialty areas including Neuro-pediatrics, cardiopulmonary therapy, neurology and post-stroke rehabilitation. With experience working with adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, Nour is well-versed in a broad range of physical therapy programs, treatments and modalities. She also has a special interest in incorporating occupational therapy with traditional physiotherapy treatments. Nour began her career in physical therapy in Lebanon, where she completed clinical training rotations at several prominent healthcare institutions, including Hammoud General Hospital, Al-Sahel General Hospital, Al-Makassid General Hospital and Dar Al-Ajaza Al-Islamia Hospital. Nour earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Beirut Arab University (BAU) in Lebanon; the first Arab university to be accredited from the WCPT, she is a member of the order of physical therapists in Lebanon. She is also currently pursuing a Doctor in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
