Biography
Mr. Nabil B. Abdel-Malek is General Manager - Legal Affairs’ General Counsel of Gulf Bank K.S.C.P since February 1, 2015. 2015. He has more than 30 years of experience in law. Previously, worked as General Counsel with Agility Public Warehousing Company, has his law firm in Lebanon that is retained by international banks and represented the Lebanese Government and banks in major arbitrations. He holds BA and MA in Economics, and EMBA from the American University of Beirut, and a Masters of Law from the Lebanese University. He also Completed the Ph. D program in Economics at North Carolina State University, USA. He is member of the Board's Corporate Governance Committee.
