Biography
Mr. Omar Kutayba Yousef Al Ghanim serves as Chairman of the Board of Gulf Bank KSC. Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London where he was involved in a range of financial advisory transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring and corporate finance. He is Chairman of the Board's Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Al Ghanim holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration earned in June 1997 from Stern School of Business, New York University, NY, USA, and Master's Degree in Business Administration gained in June 2002 from Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Boston, MA, USA. He is also Chairman of Board Corporate Governance Committee of the company.
