 Ms. De Villiers is an experienced Human Resources leader with a successful track record of over 20 years with KEO. She currently leads KEO’s global Human Resources enterprise and is responsible for driving workforce strategy across KEO’s diverse human capital, including talent acquisition, development, rewards and HR governance for 2,500+ employees. A passionate, inspirational leader, she has been successful in implementing centers of excellence focused on meeting our client and market demands, both of which are critical to sustaining KEO’s competitive advantage.
