Biography
Mr. Fergus joined KEO in 2016. He has over 25 years of experience in senior finance management positions, including 15 years in the Middle East and Southeast Asia through which has provided and exposed him to significant regional and global market knowledge. He has held positions as Finance Director in both Mouchel Middle East and Parsons, Saudi Arabia. Prior to which he spent over 10 years as Group Finance Director with Weatherford International, one of the largest oil and gas companies with turnover in excess of $15 billion and 56,000 employees. His career included many years with Arthur Anderson, formerly one of the world’s ‘Big 5’ accounting firms, where he gained exposure across a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas exploration, services, distribution, marketing, manufacturing, hospitality, and transportation. Mr. Fergus is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Commerce from the University of Calgary, Canada. In his role as CFO, Mr. Fergus reports to the President and CEO of KEO and is full member of all of KEO’s Management Boards, including the Direct Leadership Management Board.
