Biography
Mr. Francis is the Managing Director of Information Technology at KEO International Consultants. He has more than twenty two years of experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of information technology hardware, software, security and electronic systems in both a direct hands-on, and management capacity. He joined KEO in 2004 as the Corporate IT Program Development Manager and during the course of his employment has held varying Director level roles, prior to being promoted into his current role in 2013. As Managing Director of Information Technology, his primary responsibility is to oversee the critical operation of all IT related services to ensure they align with KEO’s objectives. He has developed a highly specialized IT team which is capable of ensuring the development and maintenance of IT solutions inclusive of network, computing, server, storage, collaboration and infrastructure across the entire enterprise.
