Biography
Sheikh Dr. Khalifa Naser Al Athbi Al Sabah is Member of the Board of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, United States, as well as a Ph.D. in Economics from United Kingdom. He has 26 years of experience. He was involved in Oil sector, since 1984, starting in SHU and MAA refineries, then in International Marketing sector in the fields of planning and studies. In Governmental, he was involved since 2002, In the Royal Court in His Highness The Amir Office of Research and Consultative Studies.
