Biography
As Juniper’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Terese Kemble is responsible for leading and integrating all facets of Juniper's HR goals, including people strategy and enhancement of company culture in order to deliver solutions enabling business growth. She also manages Juniper Networks Foundation Fund.Terese brings two decades of HR leadership experience to Juniper, including the successful development of winning strategies that enable business growth through effective integration of people, technologies, processes and cultures. Most recently, Terese served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lam Research Corporation, where she guided strategy across all aspects of compensation, benefits, employee development, staffing and systems while the company underwent major growth. Prior to that, she held senior executive roles with TE Connectivity and Applied Materials. She holds both an MBA and a BS from Santa Clara University.
