Biography
Born in 1972. In 1994, he graduated from the Social Economic Department of the Institute of Asian and African Countries at Lomonosov Moscow State University. After graduating from the institute, he worked in various bodies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. From 1995-1999, he worked at the Russian embassy in Egypt. From 2002-2005, he worked in the media office of the United Metallurgical Company, and since March 2005 he has managed the media office.
