After receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas Tech University and medical degree from Texas Tech University HSC, Dr. Smith completed his residency at Case Western/MetroHealth Medical Center, department of PM&R, and his fellowship at Texas Tech University HSC, department of anesthesiology.
