Postgraduate in Earthquake Engineering by the Building Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of Tsukuba, Japan in the year of 1991 (JICA-Conacyt scholarship). Civil Engineer by the Autonomous University of Guerrero, in the year of 1989.
