Biography
OSI has been working since 1991; 2005 Leading Researcher. Graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Latvia (1991); He received his Master's Degree (1996) and defended his doctoral dissertation (2003). L'Oreal Latvian Scholarship for Women in Science with the support of the UNESCO Latvian National Commission and the Latvian Academy of Science (2007).
