Biography
I. Ogle was born in 1974. She obtained a BSc degree in Pedagogy and MSc degree in Economics from the University of Latvia. Ilze has more than 15-year experience in a variety of fields in the financial sector, including branch management, running a sales support department and investment product department. For five years she was the manager of Swedbank training center in Latvia. She also has an experience in the auto industry, where she practised at human resource management and administration. Ilze joined Grindeks in 2016 as the Head of Human Resources Department.
