Biography
Born in 1940. Kirovs Lipmans has been the Chairman of the Council of Grindeks since 2003. Simultaneously, K. Lipmans is also the the Chairman of the Board of Liplats 2000, Ltd. and the Chairman of the Council of JSC Kalceks and JSC Tallinn Pharmaceutical Plant. He is also the Chairman of the Board of the JSC Grindeks Foundation For the Support of Science and Education. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway and Transport Engineering, also the Faculty of Economics of the University of Latvia, obtaining a degree as an Engineer-Economist. K. Lipmans is also the major shareholder of Grindeks – shareholding of 33.29%.
