Biography
Born in 1940. Kirovs Lipmans has been the chairman of AS Grindeks since 2003. K. Lipmans is also the chairman of the Board of SIA Liplats 2000, AS Kalceks and Chairman of the Board of AS Tallinn Pharmaceutical Plant, as well as the Grindeks Foundation for Science and Education
