Biography
Born in 1955. In 1978 he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the Riga Polytechnical Institute and, continuing to work there, in 1985 obtained a degree in chemical sciences (Dr. chem. from 1992). The OSI has been working since April 2, 1987 and has been running the Chromatography Laboratory since 1998.
