Dr. Gunars CHIPENS is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Bioorganic Chemistry, Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis , Latvia. Dr. Gunars CHIPENS is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
