Dr. Valerjans Kauss is currently working as a Research scientist in the Department of Chemistry, Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis , Latvia. His research interests includes Stereoselective synthesis of aminocycloalkanes and nitrogen heterocycles.. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Valerjans Kauss is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Stereoselective synthesis of aminocycloalkanes and nitrogen heterocycles..
Research Interest
Development of new modulators of ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors. Stereoselective synthesis of aminocycloalkanes and nitrogen heterocycles. Aminoalkane sp3 CH functionalization reactions.
