Biography

Born in 1970, OSI has been working since 1990. In 1996, he trained at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA. Prof. E. Went in the laboratory. University of Latvia, Doctor of Chemistry (1999). Since 2003 - Head of Laboratory, since 2006 - Leading Researcher. Awarded with G. Vanags Award (LZA) and P. Valden's Medal (RTU). Member of the Latvian Academy of Sciences. Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Latvia.
