Biography
Michael Putney is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon serving patients from Austin, Cedar Park, Forest Creek, and Round Rock, Texas at Orthopaedic Associates of Central Texas. He has a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, specializing in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder, total joint replacement, general orthopaedics and sports medicine. He completed medical school and his residency and internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Putney is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Williamson County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association. He is dedicated to providing his patients with individually tailored care to ensure their health and well-being.
