Biography
Born in 1963. Graduated from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Chemistry, in 1986. Doctor of Chemistry (Dr.chem. ) Received a degree from the University of Latvia in 1998. Since 1986, OSI has been working.Corresponding member of the Latvian Academy of Sciences. He received the DH Griddle Award and S. Hiller's Medal.
