Biography
Kamal Lzeik teaching and research interest focused on a number of philosophical and epistemological themes as well as applied education as developed in Holland’s SDS. He wrote a number of books on topical work of Sadr Uddin Al-Shirazi and published researched articles on Avicenna, Ibn Arabi, and Nietzsche as well as translation of Descartes’ “Meditations on First Philosophy”. The Assistant Dean has a first degree in Physics from the American University of Beirut and a Doctorate in Philosophical Studies from the Islamic University (Beirut).
