Biography
The main field is developing and providing test systems (ELISA-kits). My responsibilities include: • Bacterial lysis (lysozyme, DNAse, sonication, centrifugation). • Affinity purification of recombinant proteins: GST-fusion system, Ni-agarose, Ni-toyopearl, profinity eXact. • SDS-electrophoresis (Coomasie staining, Silver Staining). • Western Blot, Wet/Semi-dry (Membranes: PVDF, nitrocellulose; Staining of the membranes: Amido Black, Ponceau S red; Substrates for HRP: ECL, Stabilized TMB). • Purification of IgG using resin with immobilized protein A,G. • Purification of IgY from yolk. • ELISA (direct,indirect,sandwich), from coating of the Ag to reading of the results. • Preparing of the reports. • Supervising and training of new members of the department. Also during the work using such methods: • RT-PCR, PCR. • DNA-electrophoresis. • FITC conjugation with antibodies. • Work with animals (immunization, control of immune answer on antigen).
