Wendy Carruthers is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Boston Scientific Corporation and a member of its Executive Committee. In this role, she provides strategic leadership to the global HR function, including HR operations, total rewards, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and community relations. Prior to her current role, Carruthers served as Vice President of Global Talent Management for Boston Scientific, responsible for all aspects of global talent management including the design, development and implementation of global processes and systems to enable managers to identify, attract and develop people.
