Mr. Aamir Hafeez Ibrahim has been Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd. since July 1, 2016. Mr. Ibrahim serves as Member of Management Board at VEON Ltd. Mr. Ibrahim served as Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd. (also known as, obilink) from February 16, 2015 to July 1, 2016. Mr. Ibrahim served as Chief Executive Officer of Warid Telecom (Pvt) Limited since July 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Telenor Pakistan Ltd. until April 1, 2013. He was Senior Vice President at Telenor Group in Thailand, where he was responsible for distribution and organizational transformation. Mr. Ibrahim served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Telenor Pakistan Ltd. since 2009. Mr. Ibrahim has over two decades of international experience as a senior executive across multiple industries and continents. Mr. Ibrahim has extensive experience specifically in strategic marketing, sales and distribution, analytics, product development, government and regulatory management, business planning, M&A, public relations and crisis management. He served as Chief Strategy Officer Mobilink and various leadership roles at Ford Motor Company in Europe and Middle East. He has held various executive positions within Motorola, Mobilink, Ford Motor Company, Jaguar and Land Rover. He was founding member of Mobilink since 1994. He has an MBA from IMD and an AMP diploma from Harvard Business School in 2012. He has undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Texas.
