Biography

Dr. Muhieddine, lecturer in mathematics at Rafik Hariri University, College of Science & Information Systems. He obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rennes 1, France. Ever since 2006, he’s been teaching different courses in Mathematics at the University of Rennes-France (2006 - 2010), Lebanese University (2010 till present) and Rafik Hariri University-Lebanon (2013 till present). The taught courses covered a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to: Numerical Analysis, Complex Analysis, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability, Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Topology, Real Analysis, Mechanics, Matlab.

Research Interest

 His main research interests are Numerical Analysis, Scientific computing and Partial Differential Equations. He supervised many master theses and two Ph.D. theses in mathematics. He has more than 20 of refereed journal and conference papers.  He is also an articles’ reviewer in WSEAS international conferences and the International Journal of Heat Transfer.
