Biography
Rida Y. Nuwayhid is a professor of Mechanical Engineering with specialty in thermal fluid sciences. In addition to teaching, he also currently serves as the RHU coordinator of Graduate Studies and Research. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Missouri in the USA and a Ph.D. from the University of London’s Imperial College in the UK. His work background is in the field of Petroleum products and solar conversion while also having experience in safe reactor core design.
Research Interest
Renewable and sustainable Energy, Energy conversion and conservation, Thermoelectrics, Thermodynamics and heat transfer.
