Biography
Larisa Vasilchenko is an instructor of Arts and Design.She received her BA degree in “Methodology of teaching Arts and Crafts” from the Kharkov National Pedagogical Institute, Ukraine, and obtained her PhD degree in Education: ”Spiritual basis formation among primary level pupils in the art teaching process”. Her studies focused more on the pedagogical aspect of arts and design and the teaching methods required to develop the spiritual basics of pupils through the use of art, all of which could be found in her publications. Following her graduation, she began teaching different academic and creative design courses in higher education. In 2004, Dr. Larisa had an opening of her art gallery “The Artist”, where her works were exhibited and sold, and gave private art lessons to groups of pupils of different ages.
