Biography
Dr. Wehbe, Lecturer at Rafik Hariri University, College of Science & Information Systems. He obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Rennes 1, France. Ever since 2009, he’s been teaching different courses in Computer Science at the School of Engineering of Rennes-France ESIR (2009 - 2013), Mines-Telecom/ Telecom Bretagne University, France (2011-2012), and Rafik Hariri University (2014 till present) and the Lebanese University -Lebanon (2013 till present). He is also certified as a CISCO instructor and able to teach CCNA courses. The taught courses covered a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to: Computer Networks, Distributed Systems, Operating Systems, Data structure and advanced algorithms, Object Oriented Programming in C++ and JAVA.
Research Interest
His main research interests are video delivery systems, large-scale distributed networks, peer-to-peer networks, context-aware systems, quality of service, video coding techniques, inter-media synchronization, simulation and experimentation.
