Biography
Edward J. McKinley has served as a member of our board of directors since our inception and serves as the chairman of our audit committee. Mr. McKinley spent 20 years serving in various roles at the private equity firm Warburg Pincus, including managing the firm’s private equity activity in Europe and serving on the firm’s Management Committee.
