Biography
Mr. Arnas Žalys has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AB Ukio bankas since October 2012. Mr. Žalys serves as Member of Management Board of UAB Medicinos Bankas. Mr. Žalys served as the Head of Finance Division and Deputy Chairman of AB Ukio bankas until October 2012. Mr. Žalys served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at UAB Medicinos Bankas. He has been a Director of AB Ukio bankas since March 24, 2006. He holds a Master Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking from Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty of Humanities.
