Biography
Biljana received her undergraduate degree and medical degree (cum laude) from Belgrade University in 2001. She finished her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical Military Hospital in Serbia, and started specialization in Neurology at the Clinical Centre of Serbia. Moving from academia to the pharmaceutical industry, she joined Roche at the end of 2002. During her 6 years at Roche, she held various positions in sales, marketing and medical, focusing on oncology. In 2008, she moved to AstraZeneca to build the medical department in Serbia and Montenegro. Over the next several years, she transferred to commercial organisation and held several Business Unit and Sales management roles. She was appointed Country Director for Serbia and Montenegro in 2012. In 2015, Biljana was appointed Country President for Switzerland.
