Biography
Harold is Senior Partner of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP an international law firm based in the City of London and with other offices in Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Frankfurt, Moscow, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has particular experience in corporate finance, M&A and Cross Border transactions. He is registered with the Paris Bar pursuant to European Directive 98/5/CE and is also an honorary member of the Lithuanian Bar. He is a member of the Governing Board of the Union Internationale des Avocats (“UIA”) and was formerly UK National President of the UIA. Harold is a member of the International Issues Committee of the Law Society. Harold is a non-executive director of Interface Inc. and PUMA High Income VCT plc and is involved with a number of charitable organisations.
