Biography
Cécile Lafitau holds a 3rd cycle of Management at HEC, an engineering degree and is certified at international Mozaik. She began her career by setting up her own recruitment consulting and training center, which she managed for 5 years. She will receive for this purpose the Veuve Clicquot prize of the businesswoman of the year 1995; She then joins Anglo-Saxon consulting firms where she works in companies and assists senior executives and managers in their professional development and mobility. From 2006, she joined BPI group and took responsibility for Leroy Consultants' Activities in Management Consulting in Bordeaux and led the Creation and Business Recovery Department. She is then appointed Director of Practices Counseling People in the Practices and Innovation Department in 2012, where she develops integrated and innovative offers as part of the HR support for Transformations.
