Biography
An occupational psychologist specializing in the sociology of organizations, Elodie Loyant draws on a double experience in the field of human resources, first in the company, then in the field of consulting to organizations and individuals. After a career as a generalist in human resources: management, GPEC, recruitment, training and quality, she joined the board and joined the BPI group in 2002 to help companies succeed in their transformation projects. She coordinates reorganization, outsourcing, spin-off and restructuring projects mainly in the pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, transportation and aerospace sectors. Between 2009 and 2012, Elodie specializes and leads the Cluster "Aeronautics & Airlines" made up of internal experts, involved in the sector. Since September 2012, she joined the Sales Department.
