Biography
ISM Executive School Executives Module Manager, Expert Advisor. Graduate Degree: Master of Psychology (VU). Graduates from the International Management Teachers' Academy (IEDC) and the Adizes Institute (USA) have been trained in leadership and change management; Business Writing and Teaching - Manchester University and European Case Clearing House Programs. Participated and delivered reports on climate, interactive teaching methods at seminars and conferences in France, Greece, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania. For more than ten years, he has been working in business - in the field of international relations, later in the marketing manager of the Lithuanian exporting company. Member of International Labor and Organization Psychology Association (NL), Member of the Lithuanian Psychologists' Union, Member of the Psychodrama Society.
