Biography
Zina Gaidiene is Head of Financial Strategy and Management Module, Doctor of Social Sciences (Economics). Areas of expertise and research are public finance management, management accounting and financial accounting. Investigates the possibilities of practical application of modern management accounting and financial management methods in Lithuania, interested in the methods of management of companies. Analyzed how Lithuanian companies apply EU guidelines for good governance, problems with cost accounting information that hinder the adoption of appropriate management decisions. Since 2008 until 2014 was an expert of the Lithuanian Business Support Agency. 2012 -2013 - Member of the Council of LRT.
