Biography
DARIUS DAUBARAS studied in University of Cambridge, Master in International Relations. The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, Master in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. University of Denver, Bachelor in Finance. He has 18 years of combined experience in investment banking and private equity management areas. Has significant experience in corporate finance, capital raising and investment, venture capital management in world finance centers at New York, London and Hong Kong. Managing positions in BNP Paribas, Spencer House Capital Management Credit Suisse. Advised clients on a broad range of strategic deals, including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs, minority investments, restructurings, joint ventures, capital raising transactions and privatizations. One of founders of Lithuanian City of London Club and advisor in “Global Lithuanian Leaders” organization.
