Biography
Michelle Graham, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, is responsible for the global management of PAREXEL’s Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, learning and development and organizational development. She is also responsible for the Company’s Diversity and Inclusion programs. Prior to her current role, Ms. Graham served as PAREXEL’s Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this position, she led the design and launch of our people strategy, advanced our talent agenda, and refined the HR Operating Model for the Human Resources function. Before joining PAREXEL, Ms. Graham was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Greatbatch, Inc., where she led the acquisition of talent, development of a global compensation framework and evolution of global Human Resources practices. She has also held senior positions in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries at companies including Bausch & Lomb, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, and Cigna-Intracorp.
