Investigation of technology conditions of the preparation and physical properties of some superionic ceramics The preparation conditions of Li+ and v conducted solid electrolyte ceramics and investigation peculiarities of the ionic transport in the frequency range from 1 Hz to 10 GHz in the temperature interval (300–1000)K.
