Research Interest

Ivars Grunte and Linda Strause lead the teams providing full scope legal assistance to the state owned company Valsts nekustamie Ä«pašumi (State Real Estate), a manager of the state owned real estates, with respect to the fire, which occurred on 21 June 2013 in the residence of the President of the State - Riga Castle during the reconstruction and renovation work (the value of the renovation and reconstruction works approx. EUR  32 854 332). This is recently the most serious fire, on which attention of the society is focused;
